QUEENSWAY TERRACE SOUTH, RIDGEVIEW, PARKWAY PARK AND KENSON PARK

We have highlighted this area because of our vast history and experience there. Although we work the entire Ottawa area, we have been involved in over 400 seller and buyer sales in this neighbourhood alone. Both our families resided here. As a young boy, David and his family moved to Queensway Terrace South when it was first built. Some of our sales in this area are indicated by the red dots on the map below.

About the community

The four areas of this west end community run adjacent to each other bordered east to west by Woodroffe Avenue and Greenbank Road and, north and south by the Queensway (Highway 417) and Baseline Road.

The majority of the area was built in the late1950s and 1960s. It is comprised primarily of single family and semi-detached homes built by Campeau, Minto and Armstrong. The neighbourhood is well established and offers an abundance of amenities within the community and surrounding areas. It is a wonderful community for families providing recreational facilities, bike paths, parks, great access to transit and schools. There are numerous shopping areas and restaurants nearby. The area is only 10 minutes drive to the new Department of National Defence campus at Moodie Drive and minutes to the Queensway Carleton Hospital. You have everything you need here.
